Indulging yourself in chocolate therapy after a long and stressful week is okay if you’re able to limit yourself to a piece or two. However I am not able to do this (surprise, surprise). And it’s not just because these decadent dove dark chocolate squares are so darn delicious, but also because they have little quotes inside the tiny wrapper to motivate & inspire – and lets be honest, there’s no such thing as too much of that. My favorite one tonight? “If you fall down 7 times, get up 8.”
